Fishing Report for Shelbyville, Lake

St.Louis Corps District Water Levels

FISHING REPORT PROVIDED BY:  Reported by Perry at Lepracon Landing at the entrance to Wolf Creek State Park and by Chips Marine Outboard Motor Repair Center at the entrance to Bow Woods Camp Ground.

WATER CONDITIONS:  Lake levels are 3.28 feet above normal summer pool. Fishing is o.k. CRAPPIE: Look for them along the shorelines and in the coves with minnows. Weather conditions have affected fishing success recently. Several are fishing !

GOOD: Drag a jig and crawler in 3 to 6 feet of water. Anglers doing pretty good.

GOOD: Anglers using spinner baits, top water lures, frogs, and jigs near wood.

GOOD: Drag a jig and crawler in 3 to 6 feet of water. Anglers doing pretty good and catching several.
