BLUEGILL

Good: Fish being taken with wax worms, red worms, and meal worms around brush and shoreline weeds in 1 to 4 feet of water. Average size is 7 inches.

CHANNEL CATFISH

Excellent: Nice sized fish 4 to 10 pounds have been caught recently! Cast chicken livers, night crawlers, or shrimp in the coves near shallow laydowns and under over-hanging branches. Early mornings and later evening hours are best.

LARGEMOUTH BASS

Spotty: Fish in the .5 to 1 pound range have been hitting on top water baits, plastic worms, and spinner baits near trees or brush.
