CRAPPIE

Fair to good: The bite is coming back in the shallows; Finding some with minnows and chartreuse tube jigs on wood, stumps, stump fields, and brush in fairly shallow water levels scattered.

BLUEGILL

Good: Up shallow! Some using meal worms (# 1), red worms, and wax worms near docks or structure and bedding areas.

LARGEMOUTH BASS

Good: Anglers using spinner baits, mid-shallow crank baits, and plastics out to 12 feet of water near cover and trees.

CHANNEL CATFISH

Good: Bite is on! Cheese bait is the bait of choice; also blood baits, cut shad, and cut bluegill.
