FISHING AREAS: Lake Vermilion had 666 acres with 12 miles of shoreline. The maximum depth is 27 feet. Boat fishing and picknicking is available at this site. Lake Vermilion is located in Vermilion County on the north side of Danville. The north fork of the Vermilion River runs into the lake.
WATER CONDITIONS: Water levels are up a little; rainfall received in this area this past week.
