FISHING AREA: Lake Bloomington is 635 acres, with a maximum depth of 36 feet. The shoreline is 18.4 miles long. The lake provides fishing, motor boating, skiing, swimming, camping, and picnicking. Lake Bloomington is located north of Bloomington, off Illinois Route 8 between I-39 and I-55 in McLean County.
