WATER CONDITIONS: The water levels are high. Hot weather temperatures and scattered rain showers this past week.
FISH: Crappie ... Spotty.
FISH: Bluegill ... Fair; on wax worms and part crawlers.
FISH: Bass ... Fair; on plastics, jigs, and spinnerbait along deeper weeds or timber with a few on topwater baits early or late.
FISH: Catfish ... Fair to Good; On liver and dip bait.
FISH: Saugeye/Walleye .. Fair; On jig and crawlers and deeper now.
Bow Fishing .. is allowed for carp from a boat on Dawson Lake, but not within 100 feet of any developed recreation areas.
